1. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. "We", "us" and "SNM" mean SNM Group Ltd; "you" means you.

2. Adults only

This site describes services for the adult entertainment industry and is intended for people aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18, and that it is lawful for you to view this material where you are.

Both forms on this site require you to confirm you are 18 or older before submitting. We do not knowingly accept information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find it.

3. What this site is

It describes two things we do: management for adult content creators, and marketing for adult venues. It is a description of services and an invitation to get in touch.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a guarantee of results, or a promise that we will work with you. We choose who we take on, and we may decline any application or enquiry without giving a reason.

We are a marketing and management company. We are not a talent agency, a staffing agency, a booking agency, or an employer of the people we market for. Where we run recruitment campaigns for a venue, the venue interviews, selects and hires; we market the opportunity and pass applications on.

4. Published pricing

We publish our venue marketing rates because we would rather you knew them up front. Those figures are base pricing, not a quotation and not an offer capable of acceptance. Final pricing depends on scope, the number of locations and what you actually need, and is confirmed in a written agreement before any work starts.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to each platform and are not included in any fee shown. Retainers carry a three-month minimum and bundles run twelve months, as stated on the pricing page. We may change published pricing at any time; a change never alters a rate already agreed in a signed contract.

5. Applications and enquiries

When you send us an application or enquiry, please give us information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. If you submit an enquiry for a business, you are confirming that you're authorised to act for it, and that it holds the licences and permits required to operate lawfully where it operates. We market lawful, licensed businesses. We will decline, or stop, any engagement where that isn't the case.

Don't send us confidential material you don't want us to have, and don't send anything unlawful. We treat what you send as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Submitting a form creates no obligation on either side. It doesn't make you a client, and it doesn't oblige us to respond, though we aim to.

6. Not legal advice

Parts of this site describe advertising rules that apply to adult venues, including Nevada statute and the advertising policies of platforms such as Meta and Google. That material is general information, provided to explain how we work.

SNM Group Ltd is a marketing company, not a law firm, and none of it is legal advice. Laws, local ordinances and platform policies change, and how they apply depends on your licence, your county and your circumstances. Take your own legal advice and follow your counsel and your licence conditions. We work to those, and we would rather lose a placement than cost you a licence.

7. Our content and yours

The design, text, images, code and branding on this site belong to SNM Group Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, republish or adapt them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Work we produce for clients is a different matter and is dealt with in the client agreement. Our standard position, stated across this site, is that creators and venues own their own accounts, their own site and the content we produce for them — including if they leave.

8. Other companies' names

Third-party platform names on this site — OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, Chaturbate, Stripchat, MyFreeCams, ManyVids, FeetFinder, Clips4Sale, Meta, Google, Yelp, X and others — are the trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe where we work.

SNM Group Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any of those third parties.

9. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Statutory references, platform policies and market information on this site were accurate when written and carry the date they were last checked. Rules change; don't rely on this site as your only source.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, bookings or data, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from work we do for clients is governed by the relevant client agreement, not by this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about this website will be handled by the courts of the State of Nevada, and you agree to that. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version always sits at this address with the date it was last changed at the top, and it applies from the moment it's posted.
