How we handle
your information.
Two forms on this site collect personal information: the creator application and the venue enquiry. This page explains exactly what each one collects, where it goes, and how to get it removed. Nothing here is buried in legalese, because there is no reason for it to be.

1. Who we are
SNM Group Ltd is a creator management and marketing company. We manage adult content creators across Nevada and California, and we provide marketing services to adult venues nationwide. We are the party responsible for the information collected through this website.
You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@snmgroupltd.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms, and — if you choose to attach them — the files you send with a creator application. There is no other collection point on this site; nothing about you is gathered by browsing it. Submitting a form also creates two short-lived technical records, described in section 5.
Creator application
- Name or stage name, and email address (both required)
- Phone number, if you choose to give one
- Your closest market, and your social handles
- A link to your OnlyFans or other premium platform, if you have one
- Your primary platform, current situation and current monthly earnings band
- Your stated content comfort level
- Anything you write in the free-text "about you and your goals" field
- Any photos, video or CV you choose to attach — optional, and covered in the note below
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older, and that you agree to be contacted
Files you attach. The creator application lets you attach up to ten files — photos, video, or a CV. It is entirely optional and the form sends perfectly well without them. They never pass through this website: your browser sends them straight to our storage, described in section 5, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days as described in section 7. We ask for non-explicit material only and no identity documents, and you confirm that when you attach them.
Venue enquiry
- Venue or business name, and your name (both required)
- Email address (required), and phone number if you choose to give one
- Type of business, city or market, and current website
- Which services you're interested in, and your monthly budget band
- Anything you write in the free-text notes field
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older, that you're authorised to represent the business, and that you agree to be contacted
Both forms include a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see and never fill in. If it is completed, we discard the submission. Nothing from that field is stored.
3. What we don't collect
This is worth stating plainly, because it is unusual:
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no other tracking or measurement script anywhere on this site.
- No advertising trackers. We do not run retargeting or advertising pixels here.
- No cookies for ordinary visitors. Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. Cookies are only ever set if you log in to the site's admin area, which applicants and enquirers never do.
- No profiles or scoring. We do not build behavioural profiles, and no automated decision-making is applied to your application or enquiry — a person reads it.
- No third-party content. Every file this site loads — every image, stylesheet, script and typeface — is served from our own domain. Your browser is never sent off to another company: no embedded video, no social media widgets, no chat tool, no advertising network, and no fonts loaded from Google. The only company involved in delivering this page to you is our own security and delivery provider, named in section 6.
There is one thing your browser sends outward, and only if you ask it to: attaching a file to a creator application uploads it to our own upload address, which runs on the same security and delivery provider named in section 6. Nothing is sent unless you attach a file, and reading or filling in the form sends nothing.
The site does store one small flag in your browser's session storage, purely to remember that you have already seen the opening animation so it doesn't replay. It contains no personal information, never leaves your device, and is cleared when you close the tab.
4. Why we collect it
To read your application or enquiry, to assess whether we're a fit, and to reply to you. That's the whole purpose. We rely on the consent you give with the checkbox at the bottom of each form, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
We do not use your details to market unrelated services to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you applied.
5. Where it's stored, and who sees it
When you submit a form, two things happen. Your submission is saved as a private record in this website's administration area — private meaning it is never published, never given a public URL, and never visible to anyone who is not a logged-in member of our team. A copy is also emailed to our own internal address so we see it promptly.
Access is limited to SNM Group Ltd staff who need it to respond to you. It is not published, listed, or made searchable anywhere.
Two short-lived technical records support this. When a form is submitted we briefly count submissions against a one-way fingerprint of the sending connection, so the forms can't be flooded; it holds no message content and is discarded after ten minutes. And if a submission is rejected — a mistyped email address, say — we hold what you typed for fifteen minutes so the form can hand it back to you rather than making you start again. Both are deleted automatically, and neither is used for any other purpose.
Files are handled separately, and they are never stored on this website. If you attach photos, video or a CV to a creator application, your browser uploads them directly to a private storage bucket that belongs to us, held by the same provider named in section 6. That bucket has no public address and nothing on this site links to it or can fetch a file back out of it — we read your files by signing in to the storage account ourselves. The record in our admin area lists what arrived so we know what to look for, and the same SNM Group Ltd staff see them as see the rest of your application.
7. How long we keep it
We keep applications and enquiries for as long as we need them to consider and act on your submission, and afterwards for as long as we have a genuine business or legal reason to — for example, where you have become a client. When there is no longer a reason to keep your information, we delete it.
Files are stricter, and the limit is absolute. Anything you attach to an application is deleted automatically 90 days after you upload it — whether or not we have finished looking at it, and whether or not you ask us to. That deletion is carried out by the storage itself on a schedule, not by us remembering, so it is not something we can quietly forget to do.
You do not have to wait for any of that. Ask us to delete your submission and we will.
8. Your choices and rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your submission entirely
- Stop contacting you
Email privacy@snmgroupltd.com and we'll action it. We don't require you to justify the request, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
California residents. California law gives you rights to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the rights to know, correct and delete apply, and the email address above is how to use them.
Nevada residents. Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) lets consumers direct a website operator not to sell their covered information. We do not sell covered information, and we have never done so. Nevada law also requires us to give you a designated address for submitting such a request: it is privacy@snmgroupltd.com, the same address as everything else on this page.
9. Discretion, stage names and 18+
Discretion is the point of how we work, not a favour. You may apply under a stage name — the application form asks for "name or stage name" deliberately, and we do not require your legal name to consider an application.
This site and our creator services are for adults only. Both forms require you to confirm you are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes and contact
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top of it.
